Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum hardware simulation and error mitigation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to tackle abstract challenges
