Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Build and maintain quantum simulation frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Collaborate with experimental physics teams to validate quantum hardware performance
- Lead research publications for top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Develop error mitigation techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel programming
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction principles
- Proven ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
