Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, hardware engineers, and AI specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world industrial applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and coherence optimization techniques
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions in 2026 roadmaps
- Secure $50M+ in quantum infrastructure funding through technical proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading quantum computing infrastructure projects (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and cryogenic system integration
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
