Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Architect quantum-secure cryptographic frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of quantum applications
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum research initiatives
- Document quantum system specifications and performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
