Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Drive innovation in quantum cryptography and secure communication protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
