Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for error correction and fault tolerance
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum coherence times
- Author patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Participate in international quantum standards committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols
- Published research in quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level system programming
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in R&D environments
