Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 100+ qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Develop roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Drive research partnerships with leading quantum hardware manufacturers
- Present quantum computing blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum computing R&D teams
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum solutions
