Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and topological qubit stabilization
- Create quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect quantum cloud interfaces for seamless classical-quantum integration
- Patent breakthrough quantum algorithms with global commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq for algorithm implementation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Quantum) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques and cryogenic systems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
