Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms targeting 2026 industry challenges
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols for practical deployment
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems with existing cloud infrastructure
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Conduct performance benchmarking against classical supercomputers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks for quantum data analysis
