Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration projects
- Develop novel quantum algorithms targeting NISQ and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen communications infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming and algorithm development
- Pioneer quantum-AI fusion frameworks for real-world problem solving
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
