Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DOD on quantum communication protocols
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning integration
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
