Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum processors with error correction capabilities for 2026 deployment targets
- Design hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation breakthroughs
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration testing in cryogenic environments
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy milestones
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum circuit design and fault-tolerant computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Proven track record in superconducting or ion-trap quantum system design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
