Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and topological qubits
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, trapped ion)
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in superconducting circuit design and cryogenics
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, surface-17)
- Proven track record of building quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
