- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering fault-tolerant quantum prototypes
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with superconducting and photonic qubit technologies
