Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 commercialization milestones

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Security clearance for sensitive quantum technology projects preferred
