Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Experience leading teams of 10+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and security frameworks
