Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond 2026 industry standards
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems
- Partner with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and IP
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of physicists and software engineers
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate model programming (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit control
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography protocols
