Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuits for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Create performance benchmarks and optimization strategies for quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum security frameworks
- Research emerging quantum technologies and publish breakthrough findings

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware engineering
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of implementing quantum solutions for complex problems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
