Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum system integration
- Conduct research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government agencies on quantum security standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale R&D projects with $10M+ budgets
