- Develop error mitigation protocols achieving 99.9% gate fidelity
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive quantum security frameworks against emerging cyber threats
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
