Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in cryptography and AI
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing infrastructure grants
- Pioneer error correction techniques for commercial quantum systems
- Collaborate with MIT and ETH Zurich on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent industry breakthrough
- 5+ years building quantum systems with >500 qubit coherence
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing grants
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware architecture
