Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum hardware integration with classical systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Drive quantum security frameworks for financial services clients
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects (or ability to obtain)
