Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and system designs
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware programming
