Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026-era optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and cryptographers
- Implement quantum security protocols against emerging computational threats
- Drive research in quantum machine learning applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing systems or quantum-resistant protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and quantum advantage
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Security clearance eligibility for classified quantum projects
