Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and architectures for commercial applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies through continuous research and innovation
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
