Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Lead quantum algorithm implementation on superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum software developers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum ML
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave preferred)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
