Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead prototyping of quantum error correction systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication systems
- Research and implement quantum machine learning models
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
