Responsibilities
- Design quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks for industrial deployment
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and materials science
- Collaborate with AI teams on quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science on quantum technologies
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D initiatives
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields preferred
