Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging Qubits, superposition, and entanglement principles
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in building fault-tolerant quantum processors with 100+ Qubit coherence
- Translate complex quantum mechanical concepts into deployable enterprise solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation strategies
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and optimization techniques
