Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for practical real-world problems
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Quil, QASM)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical stakeholders
