Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and cryptographers
- Validate quantum algorithms through simulation and real hardware testing
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and Grover's search implementation
- Certification in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQ standards)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
