Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026 industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era computational threats

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
