Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation quantum processors with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop error correction frameworks for practical quantum advantage
- Design hybrid quantum-classical cloud integration systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and logistics applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Secure $50M+ in quantum research funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
