Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for commercial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum software development teams using Q#, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography solutions for financial and healthcare sectors
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and optimization algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of developing commercial quantum software solutions
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum-specific languages
