Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-corrected circuits for industrial-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop fault-tolerance protocols for quantum systems operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Collaborate with AI researchers to hybridize classical-quantum machine learning pipelines
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate designs and topological qubit implementations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies like photonic computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Physics, PRX Quantum)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of optimizing quantum circuits for real-world constraints
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture from recognized institutions
- Experience securing $1M+ in quantum research grants or venture funding
