Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-scale optimization problems
- Lead architecture of quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit connectivity and coherence optimization
- Translate business requirements into quantum computing roadmaps
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite and board members
- Maintain competitive analysis of quantum computing landscape
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience accepted)
- 3+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication in quantum computing or cryptography peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (Azure Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Track record of solving NP-hard optimization problems
