Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity in quantum operations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum security standards post-quantum cryptography implementation
- Mentor quantum research scientists and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development for NISQ devices
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
