Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for financial modeling
- Implement quantum error correction codes at scale
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize qubit connectivity for NISQ-era algorithms
- Partner with AWS Braket and Microsoft Azure Quantum teams
- File 3-5 quantum computing patents annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubits
- Expertise in topological quantum computing
- Strong background in machine learning acceleration
