Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using superconducting and photonic qubit technologies
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Drive R&D initiatives for 1000+ qubit processors
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Advise C-suite on quantum transition roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and photonic systems
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
