Responsibilities
- Design and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography applications
- Research and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world problem domains
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing architectures
