Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for 204+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Develop quantum machine learning models for enterprise applications
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits and publish in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware optimization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong track record of translating quantum theory to practical implementations
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contracts
