Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction techniques
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research or industry innovation

- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems integration
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid systems
