Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems at exascale
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving 99.99% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design qubit topologies and control systems
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and C++ for quantum simulation
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmaps
