Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead research on quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-optimized machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with security teams to design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams in emerging technology domains
