Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms leveraging 50+ qubit systems with error rates below 0.1%
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor interfaces and control systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Lead security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
- Patent innovative quantum computing methodologies and IP strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in complex system architecture and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
