Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish quantum error mitigation protocols and fault-tolerance standards
- Drive innovation in quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of deploying quantum computing solutions in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum-specific frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms including IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields at top-tier conferences
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
