- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants and partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 3+ patents/year)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
- Track record of translating theory to commercial applications
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
