Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum gate operations and coherence times

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, decoherence mitigation, and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready quantum computing solutions
