Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to maintain qubit coherence beyond 99.9%
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for cloud deployment
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain and encryption systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Optimize quantum annealing processes for real-time industrial applications
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
