Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for material discovery
- Establish security protocols for quantum networks in post-quantum computing era
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum hardware or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or cryptography
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
